This is my favorite still life. I was a beachcomber on a barrier island in Florida for a couple of years.During that time hurricane Floyd was heading toward us and since I was a hurricane virgin I waited too long to get out. The interstate was impacted. I went back to a building that had stood through hurricanes since l947. I finally slept ( I think for escape. I was scared)..
